Should we pre-approve things that regularly get purchased by the shop? yes
Update on grants
- Trying to get the grant amended so we can spend it all at once
- Issac is also applying for a grant for AV equipment
Membership update - 335 members!
Billy and Issac talked about handing off the membership payment web update
Jondale totally stole Sean's update on the Mayor's Maker Council but apologized profusely
Sean then updated with the past meeting notes and a meet n greet he went to
Maker Faire update - oh yeah Jondale already did that
KILLSWITCH
- Sue purchased a carport/tent and wants to erect it to store the Thunderdome underneath
- We should plug in the Thunderdome and see what is going on
Fall Market! Aliki is all ready to go and we should all start trucking on that
August 3rd is KM's anniversary - are we going to cookout? Yes!
Transforming Western - keep getting ideas together
Maintenance issues? Sue is looking at cleaning services for competitive prices
Sue is going to ask about swapping out the dumpster for a shorter one with better lid
