Purpose: To determine what are Must Haves and Deal Breakers in moving to a new building.


Minimum Requirements

  • Adequate parking - at least 100 open in the evening especially
  • 24/7 access
  • 10,000 sq ft.
  • Exterior loading area (preferably for large items)
  • Well lit exit areas
  • Ventilation
  • Sound insulation
  • Two bathrooms and slop sink area
  • HVAC
  • Be able to do the things we already do
