There shall be two classes of membership: Full Members and Student Members.  Student members will have the same privileges of access and responsibilities as Full Members, but will pay dues at a reduced rate as set by the board and defined in the [[Membership Rules]], but will not be permitted to vote on issues brought before the membership. <span style="color:#ff0000">Both membership classes will be subject to a probationary period as defined in the [[Membership Rules]].</span>
