• Sue's financial update
  • Starting to get people signing up for Makers Market - 17 so far
• Grant stuff
  • We have thumbs up for the grant we got - documents will be shared for reimbursements
  • How does it work with budgets vs actual spending
• Make Sale
  • Halfway booked, food trucks sorted
  • Now focused on getting people to come to the market
  • Seems like a lot of people interested in attending
• Trial members - epic amount of people as usual
• Member profiles - are we going to remove them? everyone pretty much agrees yes
• Anniversary cookout - August 2nd
  • Organizing - with the members or for them?
  • What else should/could we do?
  • Spread the love on Mattermost
• Mayor's Maker Council - Sean missed the last meeting but will get the meeting notes - they are focused on summit stuff
• Maker Faire - we need a date?
• Killswitch - also a date? Lets talk about it after the Make Sale and asses how that went
• Maintenance Issues
  • Foundation issues still working on
  • An amount of electrical swapping about needs doing
    • Needs some planning first - we have the muscle, but need a brain
  • Ducting? Billy has an actual update!
    • Quote is a little higher but but includes more stuff
• Next Board Meeting: August 21st, same time, same station
