• Sue's Financial Update
  • All operations normal
• Membership update - 362!
• Issac is having a hard time finding a lawyer, despite working and living with them
• We have officially turned down the Western Heights project
  • They asked for a commitment which was unfortunately more expensive than what we are currently paying
  • They did offer to pass on any other opportunities they came across so maybe something will come of that
• Jondale's update on Mayor's Maker Council
  • Mostly talking about upcoming events
  • Survey results back and doing research on what other cities have done to promote makers
• Dogwood Arts Festival / Maker Experience

  • Classes are up with tickets for sale, may need help the weekend of with loading/unloading
• Scholarship program
  • Issac and Tracy did a presentation to TCAT folks who we hope to send applicants

  • We need to fix the donate button still but we are ready to go and need to start advertising
  • Possibly press release, but also members were asking for info to pass along to their employers
• KILLSWITCH
  • Pulled Thunderdome out - it mostly works!
  • What doesn't work has replacements on order
  • Tracy B is possibly going to work on the aesthetics and decoration
  • When can we have a work day? Saturday (March 30) maybe?
  • We want to do a demo of Thunderdome on May 5th - at the Maker Market
  • Jondale will host a cardboard robot class so to have victims for the demo
  • We should also get a photographer (for the market but also KS)
  • We need to review the rules - Issac has given us a deadline of one week to note what we need to revise (not how to fix - just what needs fixing)
• Maker Market
  • We should start advertising around Knoxville
  • Booth sales currently are down so we will do a social media push
• Do we need Meetup? Do people find us that way?
  • Billy will investigate
• Classroom A/V - Issac is not sure how to move forward
  • We have some things we've gotten donated, but some things need to be purchased
  • First is new projectors, then phase two to help with the internet watchers
• Next meeting April 21st
