Sue's financial report
- We got a nice donation earmarked for the scholarship fund
- Nothing else out of the ordinary
Member update - 372
Mayor's Maker Council - there has not been a meeting since the last board meeting so nothing to report
Documentary is continuing to go forward
Maker Education Meetup - Issac is going to these and will continue but there have been none
There will be a cookout this Tuesday, as will be once per month
- However we don't think Jondale should have to pay for the meat every time
- He priced the meat and buns at $160ish so do we vote for KM General Fund to cover (see below for the exciting conclusion)
Annual Member Meeting is coming up!
- Voting stuff is ready to go
- It is on a cookout day - that will be extra fun
- We have talked about doing a survey in conjunction and send it out with the announcement of the meeting
- Issac shared the program which minimizes Issac time and maximizes everyone else talking
- Jondale wanted to move the voting end time up so it is actually before he takes the stage
Issac reminds us that each board member will have a talk and craft ready to schedule after the Annual Meeting
Regarding next year's Scholarship program - if TCAT can't deliver two students, should we branch out to other orgs to look for more recipients?
The recent windstorms tossed around the cover for the Thunderdome so we probably need to buy another one
