- Discussed changing the role of the Communications Director to an Events Coordinator and what those responsibilities will be.
- Discussed adding a Webmaster board member to take care of the website.
- Discussed changing the Bylaws to abolish the necessity of a Treasurer role, which will require a vote at the Annual Members Meeting
- Discussed how to cover the Treasurer role and how to lessen the administrative burden
- Discussed how to promote the new vision and mission statement to the members and the public.
- Discussed financial state of the organization
- Argued over whether the male term for ballerina was "ballermain" or "ballerino"

- Voted unanimously to change the board member roles and duties
- Voted to ratify the Vision Statement and Mission Statement
