**Sue has searched for a CPA who recommended techsoup.org for discounted Quickbooks
**We trust you Sue!
**See vote below
*Tracy's membership update - Current count:361
**Tracy is committed to clearing out all the defunct or 2023 invoices before our 990 is due
*Mayor's Maker Council meetings were cancelled due to weather so nothing to report
*Scholarship Program
**Issac has proposed a scholarship program for educational institutions to nominate youth for members, with their membership funded by a scholarship fund
**Discussed how that would work with nominators, when should/can we publicize this, etc.
**How to we make sure nominators choose the "right" people?
*Annual Member Meeting this Tuesday!  Is there anything we're forgetting?
**We have a ton of plates and ton of silverware
**Board will take care of the necessaries but members are welcome to bring sides
**Everyone should give Jondale grilling advice while he's making your dinner
*Slight update on Transforming Western - they are interested in meeting with us again - about what? We'll find out I guess!
*Electrical work - Russell is getting a second quote tomorrow but we are ready to move on that
*Any other maintenance issues? The puddle in Electronics only shows up sometimes but SPARK has been notified

*In February of 2022, the Board decided to distribute 10% off the top of each month's gain ([[BoardMeeting202202 | link]]) divided up between the zones. In 2023 that averaged out to $45 per month, so we voted unanimously to just make it $45 per month to each zone, and save Sue the time and work of calculating.
*Voted unanimously to make the Scholarship Program a real thing
